FCAMPT Physio Shannon Michels discusses Knee ligaments

KNEE PAIN is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. The knee is one of the largest & most complex joints in the body! The knee joins the thigh bone (femur) to the shin bone (tibia). The smaller bone that runs alongside the tibia (fibula) & the kneecap (patella) are the other bones that make the knee joint.

Our FCAMPT Physiotherapist, SHANNON MICHELS, discusses how the ligaments of the knee join the knee bones and provide stability to the knee and what happens when there is injury to these ligaments.
